Department Pass
One annual licence for your whole department: every A-Level resource for your subject, plus everything new released during the year, for every teacher. Pay by card or by invoice.
Who it covers
Every teacher of the subject at one school, and their students, for 12 months.
What's included
Every teacher resource in the shop for that subject (the counts are shown above for each one), plus every new release during your year.
How you can use it
Teach from it, print it for your classes, and upload it to your school's VLE or shared drive, for as long as your pass is active.
What happens at the end of the year?
Renew to keep using the resources and to keep receiving new ones. The licence covers use while the pass is active, so if you don't renew, please remove the files from your school's VLE and shared drives.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Choose "Request an invoice" and I'll email an invoice to your school, usually within two working days. Access is set up as soon as it's paid.
We already bought some resources. Do we pay twice?
No. Tell me what you bought in the invoice request, and I'll take it off your first year.
How is this different from a department licence?
A department licence is a one-off purchase of particular resources to keep. The Department Pass costs less up front, covers everything in the subject, and includes every new release, renewed each year.
Can our students get a discount?
Yes. Departments with a pass get a class code for the Student Pass, so students can buy their own revision resources for less.
