Privacy policy
Who I am. EverythingPhysix is run by a UK teacher, who is responsible for any personal data collected through this website. Contact: everythingphysix@gmail.com.
What I collect, and why.
- Forms (tutoring enquiries, "notify me" sign-ups, student discount and department licence requests): the details you type in, such as your name, email, school and message. Used only to reply to you, send the code or quote you asked for, or tell you when a course you asked about is available.
- Purchases and free downloads are handled by Payhip, which processes your payment (through its payment providers) and emails you the download link. I receive your name, email and what you bought, so I can help with any problems. I never see your card details.
- Visitor statistics: a privacy-friendly counter (GoatCounter) records which pages are viewed. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
The legal basis. Taking steps you've asked for (replying to an enquiry, delivering a purchase or code), and your consent for "notify me" emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else handles it. The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long it's kept. Enquiries and requests are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. "Notify me" addresses are kept until the course launches or you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by emailing everythingphysix@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with the reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Under 18? Students can use the student discount form themselves. Under-13s should ask a parent or carer to fill it in for them. Tutoring enquiries for under-18s should come from a parent or carer.
Licence & terms
Single-teacher licence (every standard purchase): one teacher may use the resource with all of their own classes, print it for their students, and share the student versions with those students (for example on a school VLE that only they can access). Students who buy a resource may use it for their own study.
Department licence: every teacher in one subject department at one school may use the resource in the same way. How department licences work →
Please don't upload resources to public or shared websites, resell them, share them outside your school, or remove the EverythingPhysix name from them. Teacher versions, answers and mark schemes shouldn't be given to students before they've attempted the work.
Accuracy. Resources are written carefully and checked, but if you spot a mistake please email me and I'll correct it and send you the updated file.
Exam boards. Resources are written to match the published specifications, but EverythingPhysix is not affiliated with or endorsed by AQA, OCR, Pearson Edexcel or the International Baccalaureate. Questions are original and are not taken from past papers.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Refunds
Resources are digital downloads delivered straight away, so all sales are final. If you have a problem with a download, get in touch at everythingphysix@gmail.com. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
